Coherence Mentorship

You are the most vital and influential force in your classroom, business, team or other relational engagement.

Before technique, methodology or identity, the quality of your inner state shapes the field around you, much like the visible life of a plant reflects the invisible condition of its roots. How are you tending to the instrument of your own body-being? How are you cultivating awareness, attuning to the unified field within your center and steadying yourself within the relational environments in which you move?

Rooted in inner cultivation as the center of leadership, this 9-month mentorship experience will also explore the practical and relational art of facilitation: how to create and tend space, track group dynamics, experiment with voice and communication and learn to respond to what is genuinely emerging in the field rather than relying solely on a predetermined agenda.

Together, we will deepen our capacity to create coherent conditions where learning, connection and transformation can naturally unfold.

Core AREAS OF EXPLORATION

I. THE SELF: YOUR PRIMARY INSTRUMENT

Your state shapes the field

  • What is resonance, entrainment and relational fields

  • Leadership as a state of being vs. a role to perform

  • Cultivation practices and healing circles to generate nervous system regulation and energetic coherence. Tending your taproot, learning to engage from that source

  • Holding yourself, not managing others (and other things you are not doing)

  • Grounding in dynamic steadiness vs. rigidity

The visible work grows from your invisible roots

II. CULTIVATING MULTI-DIMENSIONAL AWARENESS

Listening beneath the surface

  • Multi-sensory perception: Tracking self, other and group simultaneously

  • Listening beneath words & attuning to subtle shifts and patterns

  • Stabilizing without controlling: Creating structures that allow emergence

  • Staying present in the face of contraction or reactivity

The more present we become, the more we can perceive.

III. EXPRESSION: YOUR UNIQUE WAY IN THE WORLD

Bringing your inner state into lived expression

  • Communication as transmission: using tone, rhythm, pacing and silence as tools

  • Cultivating a willingness to wait, to be comfortable with silence, to not know

  • A co-laboratory of learning: using the group as reflection and resource

  • Discerning the difference between intervening and allowing

  • Move beyond imitation to your authentic voice and style

Transmission occurs when the teaching is alive within you.

IV. THE FIELD: CREATING CONDITIONS FOR COHERENCE

Connection and belonging are foundational to learning

  • Opening & closing the space

  • Space matters: setting, environment, configuration and flow all shape the field

  • Co-creating group agreements to guide and stabilize the field

  • Discerning varying personality needs and traits

  • Managing expectation

This is the invisible architecture that makes transformation possible

V. CRAFT: THE ART OF FACILITATION

Remember, your state of being precedes your doing

  • Experiential exercises to explore your art of facilitation

  • Using the group itself as a place for practice and feedback

  • Experimenting with structure and flow

  • Practicing the subtle art of tending a field while participating within it

  • Using your real-life situations as group learning tools

Your presence is your first teaching

Testimonials

“I apply the teachings in every breath, every beat. Honoring cycles, seasons, changing moods with more attention and awareness. My teachings feel more on purpose, my every step feels like a blessing for the Earth body. I have gained confidence to be, and more acceptance in knowing I will die. I cracked through layers of doubt to step into belief. I have tasted and continue to welcome in true abundance as my birthright. The lessons and teachings are woven into my speech, my heartbeats, and breath... I imagine the lessons will continue to grow in and of me. ”

— Genell

“With abundant loving presence, sophisticated insight and masterful skills, Therese led our mentoring group into deep and reflective states. She supported us with practical, body-based, tools to attune more and more deeply to an expanded state of awareness and the result was transformative. The safety and openness she cultivated within the group provided a freedom for us to know ourselves, each other, and our place in this world more fully. It was a playground for the soul. Therese is an alchemist; one who transforms things for the better, and I am a better therapist, group facilitator, and human being because of her leadership. “
